Finance Manager:
It is the responsibility of the Finance Manager to direct and coordinate financial operations and activities of the company's finance department. Work closely with the C-Suite on percentage of completion accounting, work in progress statements, assigning direct and indirect cost accounts, and detailed cost tracking. Quickbooks experience is a must.
Finance Officer:
It is the responsibility of the Finance Officer to direct and coordinate financial activities of the company including subcontractors, vendors and suppliers. Financial activities include, but are not limited to, processing invoices, recording accounts payable and receivable, and participating in financial audits.
Equipment Operator with extensive GPS knowledge:
It is the responsibility of the Heavy Equipment Operator to operate one or several types of power construction equipment, such as motor graders, bulldozers, scrapers, compressors, pumps, shovels, tractors, or front-end loaders to excavate, move, and grade earth, erect structures, or pour concrete or other hard surface pavement. May repair and maintain equipment in addition to other duties
Construction Superintendent:
It is the responsibility of the Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all of the activities of a construction site according to project specifications and drawings. in order to complete the work on schedule, within the budget and to the quality of workmanship specified. To do whatever is reasonably necessary to execute his/her duties and responsibilities.
