Hendrickson Transportation offers many benefits to employees on day 1 of hire including:

  • Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA): a tax-favored spending arrangement authorized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in 2002, and is used to pay qualified medical expenses (See IRS Notice 2002-45).  HRAs are very similar to Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), but have several distinct advantages over FSAs.

  • Non-Exempt & Hourly employees: Overtime of time and a half after 40 hours
